Ask Questions > How to approach LS with desilussioned employees and unclear leaders?

Hello,
I coincidently found out about LS by stumbling over your meetup group.
I scanned the LS and find the purpose behind it very interesting and something my company could maybe benefit from.

The challenge is, that most employees are tired of trying a new method, or similar sounding ones (open-space, fishbowl…) already used, because those never really led to real change or results. For example the ideas are there but implementing them is the real challenge, so many employees don‘t want to engage, because it seems for naught. Especially because we already have only very few structures in place and are now facing the problem of scaling healthily, while having very fearful CEOs who don‘t want to rock the boat, in fear of losing people.
That‘s also the reason why we still don‘t have an official HR department, with a size of over 180 employees.

My concrete question would be: Would you still reccomend LS for us and if so, what would you maybe suggest to start with?
